United colors of Hong Kong

Me voici de retour de 4 jours a Hong Kong, fuckin crazy city!
Il a de tout, des chinois, des blacks, des westerns, des indiens... une pub Benetton!
J'ai passé cinq nuits dans une des Chungking Mansions, hôtels délabrés, insalubres et hors de prix, mais j'ai réussi a negocier un lit par terre a 60 dollars en restant 5 nuits et payant tout cash le premier jour.
Et puis avec mes nouveaux amis Brittany (Canada) et Paul (Pays bas) nous sommes partis a la découverte de HongKong. D'un jour à l'autre, tu passes du quartier Central/Admiralty avec tous ses gros grattes-ciel, à l'ile verdoyante de Lantau avec sa statue de Bouddha de 30m de haut, aux cotes paradisiaques de Stanley/Causeway Bay/Repulse Bay, ou encore aux New Territorries et leurs réserves naturelles et villages de pecheurs...
J'ai rejoint Shenzhen vendredi, eu le temps de visiter le quartier Art Contemporain et d'assister a un concert de jazz dans un loft trendy, et pris un vol pour Kunming samedi a 6h (une économie de 25h de trajet par rapport au train pour seulement 300 yens de plus...). Je viens de rencontrer 2 français dans mon dortoir, simon et Nil, avec qui je vais aller me balader.

Im back from HongKong where I spent 4 days. HongKong is crowded, and looks like a Benetton ad: White, Black, Chinese, Indian...I spent 5 nights in a place called Chungking Mansions, a kind of dodgy and dirty youth hostel, but I could bargain a bed on the floor for 60 dollars, what is pretty cheap for HongKong. I met new people, Brittany from Canada and Paul from Netherlands. Hong Kong is so different from what I thought: the first day I was in the Central and Admiralty districts, business center full of skyscrapers; the next day I was surronded bu the green landscapes of Lantau Island; then I went on the seaside (!!!) at Stanley, Repulse Bay and Causeway Bay; and I spent my last day in the New Territorries, with its fishermen villages and huge green parcs.
I went back in China, in Shenzhen last friday, had a look on the contemporary art district, saw a jazz concert there, and took a plane to Kunming on saturday. ( i planned to take the train but for only 300yuan more it saved me 25hours of journey!)
